What is your online returns policy?

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return or exchange an item. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Returns requested outside of this period may not be accepted. This policy applies to both full-price and discounted items.

All items returned in accordance with our Returns Policy will be refunded to the original purchaser’s account.

The refund includes the product price and applicable taxes, but excludes delivery charges.
